Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in an early childhood education program, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of California licensing requirements and safety regulations; valid CA driver's license if required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Academy operations and implement operational procedures.
• Supervise assigned employees and coordinate with HR and leadership on personnel matters.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, monitor classroom quality, and support practicum/student teaching experiences; ensure licensing compliance.
• Assist with development and administration of the operating budget and monitor expenditures.
• Serve as primary contact for parents and guardians; support enrollment and community engagement.
• Participate in committees or workgroups; assist with grant-related initiatives; perform other duties as assigned.
