Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage the GL and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Stay hands-on with AP and oversee payroll processing.
• Prepare financial reports and support leadership with accounting needs.
• Manage audit support, pension reporting, workers compensation, and other compliance requirements.
• Identify process improvements and ensure deadlines and accounting responsibilities stay on track.
