Qualifications

Strong CFO level knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
Experienced with bank reporting and reviews involving ALCO, FHLB Advances, QCR reporting, CLA audit.
Responsibilities
Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and audit coordination.
Monitor the organization’s financial health, liquidity, and interest rate risk.
Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and analysis to executive leadership and the Board.
Ensure timely and accurate regulatory and financial reporting in compliance with state and federal banking requirements.
Review financial statements, projections, and budget-to-actual results; provide insights and recommendations as needed.
