Job summary

Specialty Medical Staffing is looking for an Interim Director of Pharmacy for Behavioral Health in San Antonio, TX. This is a leadership role for an experienced hospital pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and support an inpatient pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Previous Director of Pharmacy, PIC, or pharmacy leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Behavioral health pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Interim Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
• Provide pharmacy staffing and administrative oversight.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining pharmacy processes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.
