This interim appointment will run through June 30, 2027. The position serves all four campuses, with a primary work location based on the selected candidate’s preference at the Fergus Falls, Wadena, Moorhead, or Detroit Lakes campus.The Interim Associate Dean of Nursing is a dynamic leader who provides strategic and operational leadership for our Associate Degree and Practical Nursing programs. Partnering closely with faculty, staff, and the Dean for the School of Health Sciences, Human Services and Nursing, this role ensures high-quality, accredited programs that prepare students for in-demand healthcare careers. The Interim Associate Dean of Nursing oversees daily program operations, supports and develops faculty in a collaborative and inclusive environment, and builds strong relationships with clinical partners and community stakeholders. This position also leads program assessment, ensures accreditation compliance, and drives continuous improvement efforts while aligning resources and budgets to advance student success and workforce readiness.
