Nordstrom is seeking an Asset Protection Security Ambassador to maintain a visible store presence, engage customers professionally, and help prevent inventory loss. You will participate in monitoring, trainings, and responding to emergencies while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires a valid security license where applicable, a flexible schedule, and the ability to deter disruptive behavior on the sales floor.

A day in the life…

• Greet and engage customers in a timely, professional and personable manner and respond to customer’s needs
• Maintain visible presence by wearing a Nordstrom provided security officer style uniform
• Perform monitoring and surveillance activities
• Assess and assist in emergency situations
• Reduce and control loss of inventory through audits, training, and education
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

• A valid security license is required for this role in Washington DC; Denver, Colorado; New York City, New York; St. Louis, Missouri; and Oregon

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Seattle, WA: $22.90-$23.80 hourly
