Right At School is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple in‑school enrichment and childcare programs in and around Bremerton, WA. You will be responsible for operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability at each site, serving as the liaison with program managers, educators, parents, and school staff.
You will manage P&L, drive program growth, ensure licensing compliance, and lead HR activities including hiring, scheduling and coaching.
This position is an anticipated short duration area manager for Bremerton, South Kitsap, North Mason, and Peninsula School District locations.
Compensation: $81,500-$85,000 Based on prior experience, education, and credentials
Work Model: Full-time, Hybrid
Compensation Structure: Salaried Exempt

Number Supervised: 35-70

As an Area Manager, you will manage multiple in‑school enrichment and childcare programs, located in and around Reno, NV. You will be directly accountable for the operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability of each site. You will be Right At School’s liaison with our program managers, educators, coaches, parents, parent organizations and school administration, as well as licensing agencies and representatives.
