Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Previous management experience required.
• Healthcare/Medical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor and guide accounting team members while ensuring department productivity.
