Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command is seeking qualified engineers for federal GS-12/GS-13 level roles in Guam. The position requires proven project management for military construction projects and delivering timely development, design, and construction.
Candidates must show specialized experience at the GS-11/12 pay bands or equivalent, including acting as a technical expert and providing consultative services across architectural and engineering activities for facilities construction.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Responsible for project management for military construction projects and ensuring timely execution of project development, design, and construction.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serving as the technical expert in project management responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of work conducted. In addition, providing consultative services across a wide range of architectural and engineering activities related to facilities construction and addressing complex problem-solving.
