Job summary

Prologis Energy Solutions in Cerritos, California, seeks an Interconnection Manager to lead the full lifecycle of interconnection across a nationwide portfolio, including utility-scale storage and on-prem power infrastructure.

You will own queue strategy, study interpretation, and agreement negotiations with utilities and ISOs, partnering with legal, development, and commercial teams to align timelines with permitting and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in interconnection, grid integration, or energy infrastructure development.
• Experience evaluating utility-scale and distributed energy sites for power availability and due diligence.
• Prior interconnection work in CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, SPP, and MISO markets.
• Strong understanding of interconnection processes and study phases.
• Experience negotiating and executing interconnection agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection strategy and execution across markets for storage and on-prem power.
• Own interconnection queue positions, financial postings, and study outcomes.
• Interpret study results and support commercial and investment decisions.
• Review interconnection deposits, applications, and agreements with utilities/ISOs.
• Coordinate with legal and external counsel on agreements and amendments.
• Provide clear reports to senior leadership on risks and schedule impacts.
