Qualifications

• BSME/BSEE or equivalent with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Hands‑on experience with interconnect and connector technologies at the application and component level.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to resolve performance and quality issues.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design principles, tolerance analysis, materials, plating, and SI fundamentals.
• Solid project management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify interconnect components to optimize signal integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to validate interconnect behavior from concept through NPI.
• Contribute to cross‑functional efforts across engineering, supplier teams, and manufacturing.
