Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking an Intercompany Planning Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of intercompany flows across the global organization. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Stratham, NH corporate office.

The Intercompany Planning Manager oversees all planning, coordination, and execution of intercompany supply, demand, and financial flows across the global organization that supports the Lindt US division. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in intercompany transactions while driving alignment between Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and regional business units. The manager is responsible for forecasting, inventory planning, process governance, and continuous improvement of intercompany planning systems and workflows. This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
