Job summary

You will assist with scheduling, payroll for student staff, training, and ensuring facility safety, equipment purchasing, and compliance with NCAA Division III rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 1 year of experience with an intercollegiate athletic program.
• Administrative experience with operating an athletic training room.
• NATA BOC certification CPR/AED/First Aid.
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and have a good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the athletic training room operations.
• Provide on-site injury care, evaluation, and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians and coaching staff on injury status and return-to-play decisions.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll for student staff.
• Assist with equipment purchasing and facility safety.
