Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to perform installations for remodels, vendor-supported activities, decommissions, disaster recovery and other initiatives. You’ll manage day and overnight shifts, review contractor work, and ensure stores are business-ready each day.

You will set planograms, graphics, and implement new technology while maintaining knowledge of vendor-provided displays. The role includes training teammates and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months merchandising, technical or functionality support experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to travel up to 75% of the year and lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work overnight and weekend shifts and safely use hand and power tools.
• Eligible to qualify for a corporate credit card to book travel and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Install complex interactive displays and signage, review contractor work, and support AV installations.
• Set planograms, graphics, and test new technology in stores.
• Provide functionality support for store interactive displays and maintain vendor displays.
• Train new team members through shadowing and sharing best practices.
• Complete merchandising tasks within project timelines.
