Job summary

Amazon Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) seeks an Interactive Experience Designer to join the Technology Experience (TEX) team. You will bridge campaign vision and finished experiences, translating objectives into compelling digital and physical campaign components.

Responsibilities include designing in Figma and building pages in Webflow, owning the end-to-end experience, and iterating with stakeholders for accessibility and quality. Collaborate across disciplines to elevate campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
• 4+ years of experience in digital design, brand, or advertising environments

Responsibilities

• Ensure art direction and copy elements are translated into visual design through layout, typography, and CX
• Conduct user testing as needed to dive deep into customer behavior and inform design decisions
• Ensure client asset delivery is accurate and optimized for creative use
• Design high-fidelity layouts in Figma and build production-ready pages in Webflow, owning the experience from comp to code
• Deliver bar-raising pre-production design files for creative and client review
• Incorporate internal and client feedback with speed and skill
• Work closely with the DT on file hand-off to ensure the experience is elevated at every step, with an eye towards accessibility standards
