The R&D Intern will work within Dunmore's R&D department to evaluate, organize, document, and improve laboratory workflows, technical knowledge, test protocols, and product qualification processes.
This hands-on, analytical role supports the organization and standardization of technical information and testing frameworks for films and laminates, helping improve access to technical knowledge, consistency of test methods, data traceability, and product qualification.
The intern will collaborate with R&D scientists, Quality, Engineering, and other technical partners to support lab modernization, technical data organization, process efficiency, and technical credibility
