First Resources Corp. is launching a new Intensive Residential Services Home (IRSH) in Ottumwa, IA, and we're hiring multiple Intensive Support Professionals to join our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in mental and/or behavioral health services is required.
• Previous DSP experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, database systems).
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Access to a phone.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Completion of all required training and ongoing competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication and appointment compliance for clients.
• Assist with crisis planning, behavior management, and skill-building.
• Document progress and follow Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs).
• Work collaboratively with a team in a structured, supportive environment.
• Promote safety, stability, and independence for each individual.
