• Develop and interpret individual needs of our youngest students in early childhood classrooms or support students with special needs by helping to create and implement behavior and instructional support programs with consultation with the grade level special educator and classroom teacher.
• Provide observable student data that meet IEP goals for students with developmental delay or other special needs; assist students in accessing instruction in a developmentally appropriate, functional and independent manner.
