Job summary

Aliado Community Health is seeking clinicians to join a supportive, modern team delivering community-based mental health services for children and families in New Jersey. The role emphasizes strong clinical support, modern systems, and long-term growth with supervision for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Clinical clinicians must hold one of the NJ credentials listed: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, or LMFT.
• Experience working with children and families is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Prior community-based or behavioral health experience is a plus.
