Job summary

A Caring Alternative, LLC is a well-established behavioral health and substance use disorder services provider in Western North Carolina, serving adults, adolescents, and children. The Marion, NC location offers a full-time role on a collaborative Intensive In-Home team.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ year of experience with the child mental health population; two years if QP. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field with 1 year of professional experience with the child mental health population.
• If QP, two years of professional work experience with the child mental health population.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work in organizational and therapeutic teams.
• Manage an assigned caseload and meet direct care productivity expectations.
• Provide therapeutic services that evidence quality and meet the needs of persons served to achieve positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical processes including evaluation, assessment, service planning, intervention, aftercare, and transition planning.
