EDNI Counseling Services, LLC in Northern New Jersey seeks clinicians to provide Intensive In-Community/In-Home services for youth and families, using evidence-based practices to develop coping, communication, and social skills. Clinicians will be supported with ongoing supervision and a flexible schedule.

Travel across Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, Monmouth, Ocean, Morris, and Sussex counties to deliver sessions in homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field is required.
• Active NJ licensure in LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the mental health field preferred.
• Bilingual clinicians are highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations in New Jersey, servicing Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, Monmouth, Ocean, Morris, and Sussex counties.
• Maintain timely, up-to-date electronic records of treatment and progress in a centralized database.
• Provide Intensive In-Community/In-Home services for youth and families using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with Child Family Team and other support systems; ensure sessions in families' homes when appropriate.

Job Summary

Provide Intensive In-Community/In-Home services for youth and their families in Northern New Jersey. Clinicians will also help youth and their families develop effective coping, communication, and social skills through evidence-based practices. Provide assistance and psychoeducation to youth and their families on their mental health and behavioral health needs. Clinicians will have the flexibility to set their own schedule and work with as many youth and families as their schedules allow. All clinicians will receive ongoing clinical and administrative support and supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities

All clinicians are expected to maintain open communication with all members of the Child Family Team (CFT), including but not limited to Behavioral Assistants, Care Managers, school administration, DCP&P, and other support systems. Clinicians will maintain a timely, up-to-date electronic record of treatment and progress in a centralized database. Clinicians are required to travel to different locations in New Jersey, servicing Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, Monmouth, Ocean, Morris, and Sussex counties, and must be comfortable providing sessions in families' homes.

Qualifications

Education

• Bilingual Clinicians* (Highly Preferred but not Required)
• Active NJ licensure in LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC (Required)
• Valid NJ Driver’s license
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Required)

Experience

• 1 year minimum experience working in the mental health field (Preferred)

Schedule

• Flexible - you set your own schedule

Job Type

• Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
• Contract for Licensed Clinicians only
