• Assess educational needs of patient/families and implement teaching strategies.
• Evaluate care given and patient response.
• Document nursing care in the medical record.
• Delegate and supervise CNA, SNA and other healthcare workers who assist the nurse in the plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Promote a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing safe practices.
• Maintain highest standard of privacy and confidentiality per Standards of Conduct.
