Job summary

Executive Recruiting Group seeks a senior software leader to advance our intelligent aerospace stack, including AI-enabled flight control, sensor fusion, autonomy, mission software, computer vision, embedded AI deployment, and simulation infrastructure.

The role leads AI-driven development, sensor fusion architectures, and embedded software design, with SIL/HIL environments and hands-on optimization for real-time constraints.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or AI.
• 10+ years developing autonomous aerospace software.
• Expert C++ and Python.
• Experience with embedded real-time software, computer vision and sensor fusion.
• Experience deploying AI on embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensor fusion and state-estimation algorithm development.
• Develop computer vision, target tracking and autonomy software.
• Own onboard mission software architecture.
