Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Aptitude Foreman to oversee Intelligent Integration installations on active projects. You will read blueprints, supervise a crew, coordinate with construction operations, trade partners, and customers to keep work on schedule and within budget.

The role requires leading crews, applying Lean principles, ensuring safety, tracking labor, planning materials, and delivering high-quality installations across cable, fire alarm, security, and network systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years commercial construction experience and 2+ years field supervision experience.
• BICSI certification or 4 years experience in cable pulling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
• Manages small crews delivering Intelligent Integration work.
• Plans and schedules designated work scopes and orders materials.
• Oversees and performs a variety of technical installations (cable, fiber, patch panels, networking).
• Interfaces with construction operations, trade partners, and customers.
• Tracks and reports labor hours and crew sizes.
