Job summary

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence & Analysis, seeks an Intelligence Operations Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-quality intelligence instruction to the DHS Intelligence Enterprise workforce. The role requires subject matter expertise in homeland security intelligence and the ability to lead training projects while coordinating with interagency partners.

This is a permanent federal position at GS-13 level with emphasis on classroom and distance

Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert in homeland security intelligence and delivering intelligence training.
  • Design, development and delivery of classroom, distance learning, and mobile training programs.
  • Managing educational programs and ensuring accreditation compliance.
  • Using quantitative and qualitative methods for assessing and improving training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality intelligence instruction to the DHS Intelligence Enterprise workforce.
  • Provide guidance on intelligence training projects and programs.
  • Organize material and prepare staff action packages for DHS leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate with intelligence and law enforcement communities.
