CACI International Inc is seeking qualified professionals to provide Intelligence Support to Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). The role involves integrating intelligence analysis, targeting, and operational planning across IO, cyberspace operations, and non-kinetic effects to support mission objectives.

You will develop assessments, analyses, and targeting products, synchronizing with cross‑functional teams and mission partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting intelligence operations.
• TS/SCI Clearance with Poly required.
• Experience integrating intelligence analysis, targeting methodologies, and operational planning processes.
• Experience developing intelligence assessments, target audience analyses, network analyses, intelligence estimates, and operational decision‑support products.
• Proven ability to integrate all‑source intelligence into operational planning, targeting, assessment, and information‑related capability activities.
• Experience coordinating across joint, interagency, multinational, or Combatant Command operations and mission partners.

Responsabilités

• Integrate intelligence analysis, targeting, and operational planning to support OIE, IO, cyberspace operations, and non‑kinetic effects.
• Develop intelligence assessments, TAAs, network analyses, intelligence estimates, and targeting products for planning and execution.
• Synchronize with analysts and planners to integrate intelligence into decision‑making.
• Coordinate, track, and manage intelligence requirements supporting IRCs, non‑kinetic ops, and objectives.
• Support planning and synchronization of non‑lethal effects, cyberspace ops, influence activities, and related capabilities.
• Analyze adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, leadership, networks, and behaviors for operational advantage.
• Integrate intelligence reporting and assessments into MOE, MOP, and operational assessments.
• Support targeting working groups, operational planning teams, and cross‑functional staffs with intelligence‑driven recommendations.
• Facilitate intelligence deconfliction across stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and minimize risk.
• Produce intelligence products, briefings, and assessments that support campaign planning and integration of information‑related capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Integrate intelligence analysis, targeting, and operational planning activities to support Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Information Operations (IO), cyberspace operations, and other non‑kinetic effects.
• Develop intelligence assessments, target audience analyses (TAA), network analyses, intelligence estimates, and targeting products that support operational planning and execution.
• Synchronize with intelligence analysts and planners to integrate all‑source intelligence, finished intelligence, collection reporting, and operational assessments into targeting and operational decision‑making.
• Coordinate, consolidate, track, and manage intelligence requirements supporting information‑related capabilities (IRCs), non‑kinetic operations, and operational objectives.
• Support the planning, coordination, integration, and synchronization of non‑lethal effects, cyberspace operations, influence activities, and other information‑related capabilities.
• Analyze adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, leadership, networks, intentions, and operational behaviors to identify opportunities for operational advantage and target development.
• Integrate intelligence reporting, assessments, and operational feedback into measures of effectiveness (MOE), measures of performance (MOP), and operational assessment activities.
• Support targeting working groups, operational planning teams, and cross‑functional staffs by providing intelligence‑driven recommendations and decision‑support products.
• Facilitate intelligence deconfliction and synchronization across operational, intelligence, cyber, and information environment stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and minimize operational risk.
• Produce intelligence products, briefings, and assessments that support campaign planning, operational design, targeting, and the integration of information‑related capabilities across the operational environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting intelligence operations, targeting, Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), cyberspace operations, or military planning activities.
• TS/SCI Clearance with Poly required
• Demonstrated experience integrating intelligence analysis, targeting methodologies, and operational planning processes to support mission objectives.
• Experience developing intelligence assessments, target audience analyses, network analyses, intelligence estimates, and operational decision‑support products.
• Proven ability to integrate all‑source intelligence into operational planning, targeting, assessment, and information‑related capability activities.
• Experience supporting joint, interagency, multinational, or Combatant Command operations and coordinating across multiple functional staffs and mission partners.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$78,000 - $163,800
