Job summary

Amentum in McLean, VA is seeking a Screening and Vetting Analyst to support counterterrorism efforts. You will identify subjects through multiple databases, draft and edit articles for publication, and assess foreign traveler indicators for potential CT risks.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of IC experience, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree + minimum 2 years of direct experience.
• Experience analyzing IC data and intelligence reports/cables.
• Ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and changing mission requirements.
• Experience with IC tools and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience producing finished intelligence products.
• Strong attention to detail and following SOPs.
• Knowledge of IC organizations, policies, procedures, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze subjects using multiple customer databases and tools to support end users.
• Provide analytic support to screening of foreign travelers to the US.
• Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa applicants against IC databases.
• Use analytic tradecraft to evaluate, analyze, and integrate identity information to reveal links to terrorism.
• Participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution to meet mission objectives.
