Job summary

The Bison Group LLC is seeking an Intelligence Plans Officer to support the USCENTCOM program in Tampa, FL. The role requires established intelligence planning experience and the ability to operate at senior echelons of command.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or 16 years on an Associates track) and familiarity with USCENTCOM AOR, plus JPME/I and multi-discipline intelligence knowledge. TS/SCI w/poly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 12 years intelligence or defense planning experience at echelons above Battalion/Squadron, or an Associates with 16 years experience.
• Familiarity with USCENTCOM AoR and organization; preferred JPME-I or equivalent.
• Knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines and CSA capabilities is a plus.
• Systems experience in intelligence analysis, collection management, and targeting training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support USCENTCOM program in Tampa, ensuring alignment with national security objectives.
• Collaborate with defense planning teams to integrate intelligence products and targeting.
• Maintain awareness of CSA capabilities and interoperable intelligence disciplines.

We are seeking Intelligence Plans Officer to support our USCENTCOM program in Tampa FL.

Requirements

Bachelor degree with 12 years intelligence or defense planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron OR Associates degree with 16 years of intelligence or defense planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron; Familiarity with the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and organization; Joint/Service Intermediate Level School [JPME-I, CGSC, SAMS / SAAS / SAWS / MAWS / JAWS], and JIP Level I / Tier I certification preferred or proof of working understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines and an awareness of CSA capabilities.

Systems experience with at least one other intelligence discipline application, in the areas of intelligence analysis, collection management, and targeting training preferred.

Security Clearance Required:

• TS/SCI w/poly
