Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts
  • Manage intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting of global events for Global Rescue clients
  • Manage creation of customized reports for existing and potential clients
  • Conduct research, apply critical reasoning, and create products that directly support trade organizations and government entities
  • Edit and review all intelligence products to ensure they meet Global Rescue standards
  • Provide intelligence support to Global Rescue medical and security operations
  • Participate in client pitches, business development and client account management
  • Champion the Global Rescue online platform GRID
  • Conduct domestic and international travel as required to support initiatives, business development, and client support
  • Assist with implementation of AI initiatives to enhance research, analysis and information delivery
  • Work closely with IT team on digital modernization efforts
  • Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. Masters preferred.
  • Military / government / academic intelligence background required (O‑5 level preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive and stand out in a fast paced environment
