Three Saints Bay, LLC (Eagle Harbor subsidiary) seeks an Intelligence Investigative Analyst to join our Chantilly, VA team. The role focuses on investigative and strategic analysis of drug trafficking organizations, producing reports, strategic assessments, and routine briefings.

Requirements include US citizenship, active Secret clearance, 5–8 years of analytical experience in criminal investigations, and proficiency with MS Office, i2, Penlink, and geospatial tools.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Ability to pass and maintain Agency Clearance.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • High School Graduate; However, BA or BS preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience and basic knowledge and analytical experience in research and analysis, preferably for criminal investigations.
  • Skilled in oral and written communications.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Geospatial software, i2 software, and Penlink.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Occasional travel is required (CONUS and OCONUS).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing investigative and strategic analysis with information obtained through the investigation of drug trafficking organizations and related activities.
  • Contributes to deliverables in the form of investigative reports, strategic assessments, and scheduled routine reports.
  • Collects, analyzes, and disseminates all source investigative intelligence and provides comprehensive intelligence support for all facets of high priority enforcement cases.
  • Research open sources and law enforcement/commercial sources to exploit and identify trafficker assets.
  • Provides enforcement decision makers with relevant investigative information upon which tactical and operational decisions are based.
  • Coordinates the use of investigative intelligence for enforcement operations and identifies and recommends investigative targets for enforcement action.
  • Prepares data visualization charts in the form of Penlink, i2, and other products.
  • Conducts research to identify new data resources to enhance the intelligence collection process and identify links between various drug trafficking organizations; disseminates data for integration into the overall agency strategy.
  • Focuses on investigative intelligence resources, setting priorities to provide investigative intelligence assessments, and reports.
  • Performs data analysis of large unique data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Performs collection and data input.
  • Prepare investigative reports on classified network.
  • In conjunction with appropriate law enforcement personnel, participates in and takes written notes for debriefings with Confidential Sources and Sources of Information.
  • When possible, provides translation for personnel during CS/SOI debriefings.

Eagle Harbor, a subsidary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Contracting leader is seeking an Intelligence Investigative Analyst to join our team in Chantilly. VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
