Job summary

Chenega Professional Services is seeking an Intelligence Instructor I to provide instruction on intelligence tactics, techniques, procedures, and operations. You will collaborate with other instructors and curriculum designers to ensure students receive accurate and up-to-date training.

The role includes conducting platform instruction for various class sizes, deploying field training in diverse environments, and evaluating student learning against client reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (contract dependent: four additional years may substitute).
• Six years of source operations experience, including at least two years of MSO CAT 1 operational experience (contract dependent).
• Completion of HUMINT certification/training courses (OTC, FTC, MOTC, DATC, ASOC, ASOTC) (contract dependent).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos; write simple correspondence; present information to individuals or groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructors and curriculum designers to ensure up-to-date training.
• Review, rehearse, and conduct platform instruction for various class sizes.
• Deploy and conduct field training in diverse environments.
• Evaluate student learning through observation and testing per client standards.
• Record students’ performance according to client reporting standards.
• Serve as instructor, mentor, and evaluator for students.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
