Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Course Development Analyst & SME to shape intelligence training for clients in national security. You will translate mission needs into effective courses, integrating FADE platforms and IC data sources to deliver actionable intelligence context for warfighters and policymakers.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with instructional designers to build content, assess sources such as SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and ensure compliance with clearance

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an analyst in the IC.
• Knowledge of IC platforms such as FADE.
• Ability to work with instructional designers on course development.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support development of intelligence courses for clients.
• Understand mission environment within the IC.
• Explore data sources and develop effective queries across SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT.
• Serve as SME to provide course recommendations.
• Collaborate with ISDs to build a course focused on Object Based Intelligence.
