Bow Wave LLC is seeking an Intelligence Analyst on the night shift for the Terrorism Screening Center (TSC) in Vienna, VA. A Top Secret clearance is required to apply; shift runs 2200–0600 daily.

The role involves applying qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess threats, analyzing biometric data, and producing fact-based conclusions in line with TSC SOPs. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED TO APPLY THIS IS A NIGHTSHIFT POSITION FROM 2200 - 0600 DAILY

• Bachelors degree required to apply
• Must be adept at Microsoft Office products
• 2-8 years work experience required depending on background Requirements description:
• Apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
• Understand management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations.
• Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed.
