Deloitte's GPS practice is seeking an Intelligence Analyst (Network Developer) to advance network analysis and investigative outputs for forensic, discovery, and financial crime engagements. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and delivering high-quality analytic products.

The candidate will bring 6+ years of all-source intelligence experience, a Bachelor's degree, and an active Top Secret clearance, and must be able to work on-site in Fairfax, VA, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, including network, link, and association analysis.
  • Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sets to identify relationships, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Experience producing written analytic products, briefings, or investigative documentation.
  • Experience with investigative workflows.
  • Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Fairfax, VA.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

As an Intelligence Analyst (Network Developer) on the Forensic, Discovery, & Financial Crime team, you will be responsible for...

  • Developing network analysis products, link charts, and analytical outputs that support investigative and mission objectives
  • Analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify relationships, patterns, anomalies, and investigative leads
  • Producing written analytic products, briefings, and case documentation for client and stakeholder use
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support forensic, investigative, and financial crime engagements
  • Leading analytical workstreams, reviewing work product, and supporting quality delivery across project activities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred
  • Master's degree
  • Experience supporting law enforcement or justice sector clients or organizations
  • Experience supporting financial crime, anti-money laundering, discovery, or investigative matters
  • Experience using Python, SQL, or similar tools to analyze data sets
  • Experience building network maps, entity-resolution outputs, or link charts for investigative use
  • Experience briefing senior client or program stakeholders

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
