Job summary

VTG is seeking an Intelligence Analyst IV to support our national security customer in Vienna, VA. This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.

You will conduct intelligence research using classified data and open sources, perform identity resolution, and review biometrics and biographic information across multiple systems. The role includes supporting government partners, ensuring data integrity, and producing analytical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph preferred.
• US Citizenship required.
• 8 years of relevant experience noted.
• Strong analytical and research skills essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in mission-focused environments.

• Review and analyze biographic, biometric, and derogatory information across multiple government data systems
• Support operational coordination and information sharing with government partners
• Contribute to quality assurance, data integrity reviews, and analytical reporting
• Provide program management and operational coordination support
• Participate in shift-based operational environments supporting mission requirements
• Assist with analysis of trends, patterns, and emerging threats

• Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, the following are acceptable: associate's degree + 2 years of relevant experience or high school diploma and 8 years of relevant experience

• Experience working in operational or shift-based mission environments VTG's estimated starting pay range is $85,000-$105,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
