Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking an Intelligence Analyst I to monitor security video and intrusion systems for a 24/7 crisis operations center. The role includes processing and disseminating classified information and delivering intelligence analyses to senior decision makers across government agencies.

Applicants should have a security clearance, a high school diploma, and 2 years in intelligence-related fields; military experience is preferred. Shift work is required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Technical Operations Group diplomatic facility security video systems, intrusion detection systems, and imminent danger notification systems worldwide.
  • Provide crisis and term intelligence analyses and assessments on international security incidents and issues.
  • Disseminate classified information following lifecycle processes.
  • Support 24/7 crisis contingency operations center.
  • Present complex products using security tech to senior decision makers.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
College degree in related intelligence or security field (may substitute for experience)
Two years intelligence/counterintelligence/law enforcement experience
Military experience (preferred; Marine Security Guard or watch/operations center)
Geospatial imagery experience
Security video and alarm system software experience
Video analysis, editing and production experience
Experience with data lifecycle: collection, management, analysis, reporting, secure disposition
Detail-oriented and precise work
Ability to work in demanding, time-sensitive environment
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job description

This position starts as a part-time role and will advance to full-time

Responsible for monitoring Technical Operations Group diplomatic facility security video systems, intrusion detection systems, and imminent danger notification systems worldwide. Provides crisis and term intelligence analyses and assessments on international security incidents and issues, including video analysis products for security posture awareness and after‑action review. Responsible for processing, handling, managing, and disseminating classified information. Supports a 24-hours, 7-days-a-week crisis contingency operations center. Presents complex and sensitive products using sophisticated security technology and software to a variety of senior decision makers and other executive audiences within the Department of State, the intelligence and law enforcement communities, and other government agencies. The Intelligence Analyst I is responsible for working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition, to support technical operations and reporting requirements.

Current U.S. Government final Top Secret security clearance and approved for SCI access upon employment.

  • Eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required security clearance/access approvals.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of intelligence, counterintelligence, or law enforcement experience, or experience in a related security field.
  • Prior military experience preferred; experience as a Marine Security Guard or duty in a watch/operations center is highly desirable.
  • College degree in a related intelligence or security field may be considered as a substitute for experience.
  • Geospatial imagery experience is a plus.
  • Experience with security video and alarm system software in a security/operations center environment is a plus.
  • Video analysis, editing, and production experience is also a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition.
  • Detail-oriented and accountable for a high standard of precision in work product.
  • Motivated and able to work effectively and professionally in a demanding, time‑sensitive, and often charged environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain individual skill sets.
  • Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to learn new software as needed.
  • Shift work is required.
