Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for its Oakland, CA office. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of patent litigation experience and a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence.

You will collaborate with partners in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice, develop strategic litigation plans, and manage multiple matters with composure under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• Active bar license required.
