Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of the group's services, market position and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Leads marketing and BD planning support to Partners and tracks plans.
• Identifies BD opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Develops strategic BD plans for select clients with leadership teams.
• Updates contacts and meetings in the firm's CRM system.
• Produces client alerts and drives BD activities within the group.
• Assists in the integration of lateral hires and works with Pitches/Proposals on RFPs.
• Oversees other BD team members as needed.
