Our client is a prestigious, AV-Rated law firm in the Orlando, Florida market. The firm is searching for an Intellectual Property Attorney for their IP team. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading projects and transactions and managing an established intellectual property caseload.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of strong experience in domestic (federal and state) trademark filings and prosecution, patent filings and prosecution, and other intellectual property matters
• Comfortable leading projects and transactions and managing an established intellectual property caseload
• Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients
• A team player with the ability to multi-task
• Barred in Florida or willing to take the Florida Bar

Preferred Qualifications

• A book of business (preferred but not required)
• Experience with international trademark and patent filings
• Experience conducting diligence on intellectual property matters in the context of mergers and acquisition transactions
• Salary: $175K–$250K+, depending on years of experience and portable book
