Qualifications

• Experience across IP disciplines including patent prosecution and counseling, trademark and copyright, trade secrets and licensing.

• Industry exposure to semiconductors, electronics, life sciences and consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of IP matters including prosecution, litigation strategy and licensing.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on complex IP strategies and transactions.
• Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships and business development.
