Zohorecruit's client, a leading Intellectual Property law group in Denver, seeks a midlevel to senior IP litigation associate to handle patent disputes involving electronics, semiconductors, ICs, and mechanical devices. You will litigate in federal courts, ITC, and PTAB, with a chance to lead matters and mentor junior staff.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and about four+ years of patent litigation experience, plus district court and ITC/PTAB exposure.

Qualifications

Our Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group includes more than 140 attorneys who advise clients throughout the life cycle of their intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, and trade secrets. Within the group, our Patent Litigation team includes more than 70 litigators who handle complex disputes in which clients’ core products may be at stake. The team brings trial and appellate experience to matters across major patent jurisdictions and regularly coordinates district court litigation and ITC actions with proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). More than half of the patent team holds a degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.

Role Overview

We are seeking a midlevel or senior IP litigation associate to represent clients in patent disputes involving technologies such as electronic devices, semiconductors, integrated circuits, and mechanical devices. The role offers opportunities to work on matters in federal district courts, the ITC, and before the PTAB.

Salary Range: $310,000 to $435,000 (commensurate with experience)
