The Opportunity

At Glaser Weil, you will work with a team of passionate and driven attorneys on challenging and often high-profile intellectual property disputes, including patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret cases, with the opportunity to contribute to the Firm’s broader litigation department. This position could be based in our Century City (Los Angeles) or San Diego offices.

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, including a broad and deep background in:
  • Patent and trade secret litigation (required)

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in California.

The base compensation range for this position is $225,000 - $265,000. These numbers do not reflect a successful candidate’s total compensation. Base compensation is only the guaranteed component of the total compensation package and does not include discretionary bonuses and the other career-enhancing opportunities of joining the Firm.
