Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee multiple programs focused on intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating services to meet goals and budgets while performing direct support duties as scheduled.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings as mandated.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on location, daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle may be required.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Supervisors to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Program Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs. This position ensures Keystone Human Services, and its subsidiary programs, meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as per the program schedule and programmatic needs.

Job Details:

• Full time, non-exempt position
• $23 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

• One of the following:
• One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain the required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes as applicable
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
