Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Linden, NJ to provide individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. This role focuses on inclusion, teaching daily living skills, and advocating for health in a supportive home environment.

You will work full-time hours, helping residents with daily routines and community participation, while upholding safety, respect, and person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
