Job summary

GCI Incorporated is seeking a Night Shift Watch Center Analyst to join our mission-critical cyber watch center. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and willingness to work Panama night shift (6pm–6am) on a 12-hour schedule at the client site.

You will monitor classified and open-source channels, provide early warnings, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and maintain logs and briefings to support customer operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) required.
• 5-7 years of experience in analytical support or operations.
• US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Ability to work Panama night shift 6pm–6am.
• Experience in analytical support or operations in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple channels for US-related cyber threats on a worldwide basis.
• Sort and prioritize intelligence and operational message traffic.
• Provide early warning and alerts to key officials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Watch Center Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as a key member of a team of highly qualified and motivated individuals in an exciting, fast-paced, mission-critical cyber watch center. We are seeking candidates with intelligence, military, or law enforcement backgrounds to serve as watch Operations Officers at our client site. This pivotal role supports our customer operations by monitoring communication systems, promptly responding to incidents, and ensuring clear communication channels for our customers. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. This position requires shift work - Panama night shift schedule 6pm - 6am).

Responsibilities

• Constant monitoring of multiple channels of classified and open-source media for US-related cyber threats on a worldwide basis.
• Sorting and prioritizing intelligence and operational message traffic.
• Providing early warning and alerts to key officials, facilitating timely flow of critical information.
• Process the distribution of information and mitigating security concerns utilizing a given checklist
• Alerting customer leadership to worldwide breaking events and threat related events.
• Monitor multiple systems and platforms for alerts and anomalies.
• Respond promptly to system alerts, escalations, and incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and reports for management review.
• Provide continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support through collaborative business processes.
• Categorize and disseminate critical information to the customer staff.
• Prepare and disseminate turnover briefings to support incoming/outgoing shift teams.
• Develop responses and briefings to Request For Information (RFI) from adjacent groups and teams.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies governing secure communications equipment and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in analytical support or operations role, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Availability to work Panama schedule (12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.

Targeted Salary Range - $120,000 - $145,000
