Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking candidates for the FMV Program in Falls Church, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and either 3+ years of intelligence experience or a related bachelor’s/master’s degree.

Training includes a three-to-four week formal course followed by 90 days of on-the-job FMV instruction. Successful candidates will engage in hands-on FMV training, gain exposure to intelligence cycles, and have opportunities for rapid advancement into instructor and management

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED.
• Formal Intelligence school or equivalent training preferred.
• Understanding of the basic intelligence cycle/process.

Responsibilities

• Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports for distribution.
• Compile intelligence materials for briefings to high-level government personnel.
• Opportunity for rapid advancement and cross training into SAR/GMTI/FMV roles.
• Input data accurately and exploit FMV data from sensors on ISR platforms.
• Engage in a robust on-the-job training program with dedicated FMV instruction.

Job description

The FMV Program is in need of candidates with the following skills and experience:

· 3+ years’ of any intelligence experience OR a Bachelors/Masters in a related field of study.(Note: No FMV experience is required) (Active TS/SCI Clearance is REQUIRED) NOTE: WILL NOT ACCEPT APPLICANTS WITHOUT AN ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE.

· Formal Intelligence school (typically 2+ months in duration, full time) or Intelligence Federal Government Agency program training. (prefer classroom training and hands on training)

· Understanding the basic intelligence cycle/process.

· MUST HAVEan active TS/SCI

We provide hands-on training for 3-4 weeks- PLUS ADDITIONAL 90 days of ON THE JOB TRAINING
The Full Motion Video positions at BAE Systems provide employees with hands-on FMV training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions.
Learn FMV tradecraft through a unique three-week formal training course, followed by a robust on-the-job training program which provides candidates, who may be new to motion GEOINT, specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and theater specific cultural familiarization.

• Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution.
• Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel.
• Have rapid advancement potential and cross training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)/ Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), FMV training, and FMV Advanced Research positions.
• Input data accurately, timely exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply HUMINT and SIGINT information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery in softcopy.

Someone who can work a rotating shift schedule (typically 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am), alternating days and nights each month that will include weekends and holidays.

• Experienced in intelligence operations focusing on TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process.
• Open to learning new skills and taking on a variety of tasks to enhance your analytic and technical abilities.
• Likes working with government agencies and is effective at problem solving with new and innovative ideas.

Qualifications

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE.IF candidates do NOT have 36 months ofIntelexperience, they MUST have a four year degree in an IT or Related field,anactive TS/SCI Clearance, AND previously taken anIntel training course within the military.
