Job summary

Map Your Show, LLC is seeking an Integrator Performance Engineer to optimize warehouse robotics integrations, guide system designs, and support integrators across production sites.

You will review technical offers and integration documents, analyze root causes of nonperformance, and coordinate with teams to implement prevention solutions.

This full-time role requires engineering experience, SQL and CAD skills, programming in C/C++, Python, or Java, travel up to 50%, and occasional on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or software engineering or mechatronics.
• Troubleshooting, SQL/databases basics, and CAD tools.
• Experience with Git, NodeRed, and Docker.
• Ability to read C++, C, Python, JS and/or Java.

Responsibilities

• Integrator Capability-Building: contribute to training content creation and facilitate training for integrators.
• Respond to integrator questions or support requests.
• Advise integrators on system designs for Exotec products and optimize costs.
• Support integrators to understand functionalities, differentiators, and best practices.
• Review technical offers with integrators.
• Review and validate integrator design documents before installation.
• Operational support for sites in production; own performance of Exotec systems.
• Analyze root-cause of nonperformance; coordinate with integrators for improvements.
• Resolve issues escalated from Control Center and integrator.
• Support integrators with updates and services; production/pre-production servers.
• Continuous improvement on Exotec products and services; coordinate prevention solutions.

Responsibilities

• Integrator Capability-Building:Contribute to training content creation and facilitate training for integrators
• Respond to any integrator questions or support requests
• Engineering Support:Advise integrators on most effective system designs for Exotec products, answering customer needs while optimizing integrator costs
• Support integrators to understand functionalities, key differentiators, limitations of Exotec products and integration best practices
• Review technical offers with integrators
• Review and validate integrator design documents before installation
• Operational Support for Sites in ProductionOwn performance of Exotec systems
• Analyze root-cause of nonperformance, coordinating with integrators to perform improvement actions
• Solve issues escalated from Exotec Control Center and integrator
• Support integrators to maintain their systems with latest updates
• Support integrators on their requests regarding Exotec services (e.g. systems in production, pre-production servers)
• Continuous Improvement on Exotec Products & ServicesAnalyze the root cause of issues escalated from Control Center or integrators and suggest improvement plans
• Coordinate with Exotec teams to implement prevention solutions for future issues

Requirements

• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience or appreciation for Git, NodeRed, and Docker.

• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy interpreting data.

• You like working and collaborating with others.
• Flexibility with working on-call shifts outside of standard office hours, including some overnights and weekends
• Ability to travel for work of up to 35-50%
