Job summary

NWHSU Bloomington Clinic in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our integrative care team. The role involves initial assessments, goal setting with clients, and delivering therapeutic massage within our clinic’s policies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Work is in-person with up to 19 hours per week, and PTO/holiday pay eligibility begins at 20 hours per week, with full benefits at 30+ hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Eligible to sit for Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work exam.
• CPR/BLS training and Shiatsu training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client care within clinic policies and scope of practice.
• Provide high-quality massage care and assist clients to meet their health goals.
• Conduct initial assessments and monitor client progress.
• Complete timely client documentation per clinic policy.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to HIPAA and safety guidelines.
