Qualifications

• PhD in marine science, biology, fisheries science, or a closely related field. Postdoctoral or equivalent research experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Establish (Assistant) or maintain (Associate) an independent, externally funded research program in shellfish biology or related discipline.
• Teach at graduate and undergraduate levels and mentor research personnel.
• Contribute to departmental service and foster collaborations with UTMSI and affiliated programs.
