Job summary

Maryland Judiciary in Annapolis, MD seeks a Business Systems Analyst, Integrations to gather and document application and system requirements for multiple projects. You will develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and provide ongoing application support including problem tracking and resolution.

This role collaborates with vendors and internal teams to implement software requirements, identify risks, and coordinate requirements gathering and testing activities, ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of experience related to business systems automation, project management, capturing business requirements, data quality analysis, or system development.
• Experience coordinating requirements gathering and test planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document the application and system requirements for multiple projects under development.
• Develop test plans and scripts; perform systems and integration testing; coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Provide application support including problem tracking and resolution.
• Independently collaborate with vendor to implement software requirements, identifying dependencies and risk in configuration solutions.
• Assist project managers with coordination of requirements gathering and test planning activities.
